Expedited production may not always be possible because every wheel set depends on the availability of the specific customizable components selected for the order.

When all required components are already available, production may move faster. When rims, hubs, spokes, nipples or other selected components are not available, additional time may be required.

KineoShop offers worldwide shipping for custom Kineo wheel sets. Available shipping methods may vary according to the destination country, order size and courier availability.

International orders are usually shipped by DHL. Selected destinations may use another courier when required. Wheel shipments include insurance, and the tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Where DDP service is available, customs duties and taxes are handled in advance as part of the confirmed shipping arrangement.

KineoShop uses DHL for DDP shipping where the service is available. DDP availability is not identical for every country, order or destination, so the final shipping and import terms must be confirmed before completion of the order.

Available secure payment methods include credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna where available.

Instalment payment options may include PayPal, Klarna or Afterpay, subject to provider, checkout and destination eligibility. International bank transfer is also available by contacting KineoShop for the required payment details.

Warranty service is available within 2 years from the date of sale for eligible damage caused by the product itself.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect maintenance, accidents, external impact, misuse, unauthorized modification or normal wear is not covered. Every warranty request remains subject to inspection and the complete warranty terms.

For supported motorcycle models, Kineo wheels are designed for direct installation with original-style fitment.

In most cases, the original sprocket, brake discs, ABS components and related fitment parts can be used without additional modifications. Compatibility can vary according to model year, specification or existing motorcycle modifications.

In some cases, KineoShop may still be able to supply Kineo wheels for motorcycles that do not currently appear in the Wheel Builder.

The final shade of an anodized component can be affected by the anodizing process, material batch, dye concentration, voltage, temperature and processing time.

Photography, lighting conditions and screen settings can also change how the colour appears. Product photographs are visual references, and small colour differences between images and the completed components are normal for anodized motorcycle wheel parts.
