FAQ:

Q: Which Ducati Scrambler models are covered?
This listing is for confirmed Scrambler 800 and 1100 applications from 2017 onwards. Enter the full variant and year because the Scrambler name alone is not enough to determine fitment.

Q: Is the Scrambler Desert Sled included?
Kineo applications have been listed for the 800 Desert Sled, but it must be identified specifically. Its wheel, suspension and brake specification should not be treated as the same as a road-focused Scrambler 800.

Q: Are these genuine tubeless spoked wheels?
Yes. The spoke nipples sit outside the sealed tyre chamber, leaving no spoke holes through the airtight rim bed and no need for an inner tube or taped conversion.

Q: Do Scrambler 800 and 1100 models use the same wheels?
Not automatically. Engine platform, brake hardware, ABS equipment and wheel dimensions can differ. Fitment is checked for the complete model and year.

Q: Can the original brake and ABS equipment be retained?
Compatibility is confirmed for the exact application. Report modified discs, calipers, forks, spacers or ABS components before ordering.

Q: Which tyre should I use for a road or mixed-surface build?
Choose a tyre approved for the confirmed rim width, load and speed rating and the intended use. The wheel set does not replace Ducati or tyre-manufacturer fitment guidance.

Q: Can I create a custom colour combination?
Yes. Rim, hub, nipple and spoke colours are selected separately. Anodized shades may vary slightly with material, production batch and lighting.

Q: Who should install and inspect the wheels?
A competent motorcycle technician should check disc alignment, ABS clearance, tyre direction, spoke condition and fastener torque before use.

Q: What production, warranty and delivery support are provided?
Each set is built to order. A two-year warranty covers product defects, and tracked, insured delivery is available to supported destinations; current timing and DDP availability depend on the specification and destination.

Ducati Scrambler 800 1100 Kineo Wheels (2017 onwards)

The Ducati Scrambler 800 and 1100 families include road-focused, classic-styled and more rugged variants. Kineo applications have also been listed for the 800 Desert Sled, but its suspension, brakes and original wheel dimensions differ from road-oriented Scramblers. The order must identify the complete model, not only the Scrambler name.

Ducati Scrambler 800 1100 Kineo wheels reinforce the mechanical simplicity and exposed detail that make the Scrambler range popular for custom builds. They can suit an understated road bike, a cafe-influenced conversion or a more adventure-oriented motorcycle when the correct size and hardware are confirmed.

Kineo wheels are true tubeless wheels from the outset. Spoke nipples sit outside the sealed tyre chamber, so there are no spoke holes through the airtight rim bed and no need for an inner tube or taped sealing conversion.

The wheel system combines CNC-machined 7000-grade aluminium rims, forged aluminium hubs and stainless steel spokes. Rim, hub, nipple and spoke colours can be selected independently.

From Road Scrambler To Desert Sled

An 800 Desert Sled may use a different wheel and suspension setup from a road-focused 800 or a Scrambler 1100. Tyre style alone does not determine compatibility. Exact year, variant, brake and ABS information is required before production.

For mixed-surface use, choose tyres approved for the selected rim width, motorcycle load and intended terrain. The wheel set does not change the need to follow Ducati and tyre-manufacturer guidance.

Road-oriented Scrambler owners may prefer a finish that preserves the simple factory palette, while Desert Sled and custom builds can use contrasting components to make the wheel set more visible. Colour choice does not alter the need for an application-specific hub and brake arrangement.

Spoke condition and tyre pressure should be included in normal maintenance. Riders using unpaved roads should inspect the wheels after significant impacts and should not treat tubeless construction as protection against rim damage.

Installation should be completed by a competent motorcycle technician. Brake-disc alignment, ABS sensor clearance, tyre direction and fastener torque all need to be checked before riding.

Fitment And Ordering Notes

Enter the full Scrambler 800 or 1100 variant and year. Identify the Desert Sled explicitly where applicable, and list modified discs, calipers, forks or spacers. Fitment is checked against that named variant.

Original brake and ABS compatibility is checked for the exact motorcycle. Non-standard builds should be discussed before ordering rather than treated as universally plug and play.

Production timing depends on parts and finish availability. Final dimensions and mounting details are reviewed before the built-to-order wheel set enters production.

Ducati Scrambler 800 1100 Kineo wheels offer a distinctive spoke pattern and true tubeless convenience while allowing each Scrambler variant to keep its own character.
